Hello, and welcome to New Horizon Institute! We’re happy you’re here, and have taken the opportunity to visit our blog. In our first post, we’d like to introduce ourselves, discuss our mission, and touch on what makes our practice different from the rest. So read on, and learn more about who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
We’re not a private practice. New Horizon Institute is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We’re a dedicated non-profit dental clinic, and our office exists solely to care for those who need dental care, but cannot afford the high costs of seeing a dentist at a private practice.
Our goal is to offer affordable dental care to everyone who needs it. That's why we accept a variety of benefits including Veterans benefits, Medicaid, and all PPO insurance plans (HMOs excluded).
However, a lack of insurance or funds should not be a barrier to care. Thanks to generous donations from our supporters, we are often able to provide low-cost treatment to qualified patients.
And while our specialization is dental implants at our New Horizon Dental Center, our dentists offer a full suite of diagnostic and dental services at our clinic. This includes oral exams, restorations like fillings and crowns, root canals, and much more.
We serve working-class men and women, veterans, and other underserved populations such as abuse victims or those struggling with addiction. These patients often lack the funds to pay for expensive dental care. But when delayed or left untreated, their dental health issues only get worse.
That’s why New Horizon Institute was founded. We offer quality, affordable dental care for patients who may be locked out of treatment at private practices due to lack of insurance, high prices, and other complications. We provide quality dental care for our community, transforming the lives of those we serve.
